Book 4: Batgirl Vol. 1: The Batgirl of Burnside (The New 52) by  Brenden Fletcher, Cameron Stewart & Babs Tarr

This was a Digital ARC and my first real comic book! I actually enjoyed it a lot, the art was sooo nice! The story was actually pretty good, I enjoyed the characters and all.

Book 7:How to Save Your Tail by Mary Hanson & John Hendrix

Short quick read that made me smile at some of the funny twists in the fairytales. My little siser's school library book that I wanted to read inbetween my much more serious books:)

Book 8: Tell Time with the Very Busy Spider [With Moveable Clock] by Eric Carle

This was a cute and fun interactive read. I read it to my little brother for his preschool class and he enjoyed it:)

Book 9: A Week in the Woods by Andrew Clements

I don't know why, but I'm just like reading my little siblings books these days. Probably because I have a monster of book waiting for me on my elibrary that I have to finish for the publishers.
Anyway, I like Andrew Clements's books. They are good for kids getting comfortable with chapter books in elementary. And the stories and characters are easily relateable and sensible, for a 5th grader in this case. A fun quick read, not bad:)

Book Rating: 3.5 stars  ✪✪✪.5

Book 10: Come Winter by Clare Gutierrez

Overall, I really enjoyed this novel. Clare Gutierrez did a wonderful job bringing the story to life with the characters and the plot. After every chapter, it makes you wonder and ponder on the emotions expressed, words said and events that took place. The writing, story, plot and everything else along with the characters brought a good reading time for me. Someday, I will want to remember and relearn everything I can from Caty- I will surely pick it up once again. Until then, Come Winter will always be true adventure story for a strong woman in such a difficult time period. 4.5 stars worthy!

BOOK TOTAL: 10 books!

Yay! April was a good reading month. I read some amazing books, and heheh some picture books:) But that's okay, they still count since I did enjoy them. Hopefully May will be an even better month.
   Keep Calm and Read on!

      Fangirl to the Stars,
         ~Z:)
